the hotel offered free parking, a significant benefit. a bus stop directly outside the hotel provided easy access to the city center. i also appreciated access to the swimming facilities (a relaxing experience after a busy day).
i noticed a lack of soundproofing, as street noise was clearly audible from inside the room. this could be improved to ensure a more peaceful night's sleep. the noise impacted my ability to fully relax.

The breakfast had a good variety. The swimming pool was GREAT! I found the bus stop right outside, a HUGE plus. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning was quite noisy. I was unable to move rooms on the first night. I had a POOR sleep. I found the bed in the disabled room quite small.

the staff were friendly and ready to help with any questions i had. bus information was clearly displayed, a big plus. (it made getting around so much easier). the double room was really comfortable.
the room wasn't cleaned perfectly (small towel missing one day). the housekeeping could be loud at times, and i could hear doors slamming. i think the ventilation was poor and the room smelled stale. the double bed felt more like a queen, affecting sleep comfort.

the breakfast was acceptable though nothing extraordinary.
The noise insulation was nonexistent. I clearly heard all street sounds inside my room. this affected my sleep quality negatively. I expect better soundproofing in a modern hotel. sleeping proved difficult
